A licensed psychotherapist practicing in Chester, Connecticut, Pamela works one-on-one and in groups with individuals, couples and families. Pamela is a graduate of the Westchester Institute for Psychotherapy and Psychoanalysis with 30 years of experience as a therapist. In cases requiring medical treatment, including medication, she works under the supervision of a psychiatrist.
Pamela also offers workshops and presentations on major life transitions to professional and community organizations in Connecticut and New York. Topics include Women & Wellness, Stress Management in the Workplace, Stress Management for Caregivers, Building Resiliance, Separation & Divorce, Job Loss & Work Transition, Empty Nest Challenges, and Teens & Suicide. Trained by the American Cancer Society, Pamela also runs support groups for cancer victims and their families.
