A licensed psychotherapist practicing in Darien, Connecticut, Pamela works one-on-one and in groups with individuals, couples and families. Pamela is a graduate of the Westchester Institute for Psychotherapy and Psychoanalysis with 30 years of experience as a therapist. In cases requiring medical treatment, including medication, she works under the supervision of a psychiatrist.
Pamela helps people who are going through depression and anxiety, relationship issues and job dissatisfaction. She is especially sensitive to the spiritual and existential dimensions of your struggles.
In addition, Pamela is an animal lover who provides grief counseling for the loss of a pet and a horsewoman who helps riders manage the anxiety of competition. A painter herself, Pamela connects well with artists in all fields who face creative blocks or career crossroads.
Pamela also offers workshops and presentations on major life transitions to professional and community organizations in Connecticut and New York. Trained by the American Cancer Society, Pamela also runs support groups for cancer victims and their families.
